About Dr. Vance

Dr. Todd Vance

Dr. G. Todd Vance is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Virginia. His goal is to help each of his clients live their fullest, most provductive lives. Dr. Vance specializes in the treatment of chronic depression, anxiety, and related disorders. He is a certified provider of CBASP, the only empirically supported therapy developed specifically to treat chronic depression. Dr. Vance is also trained in Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. Dr. Vance enjoys couples counseling, career counseling, and helping other therapists overcome obstacles.

Dr. Vance lives in Roanoke, VA with his wife, four children, and Charlie the family dog. He enjoys travel, fitness, reading, music, and experiencing God’s creation in the great outdoors.
