Join a Team That Supports Your Best Clinical Work

At Breakforth Counseling and Consulting, we help therapists focus on what matters most: doing meaningful clinical work. We take care of scheduling, billing, marketing, and administrative support so you can spend your time with clients, not paperwork.

We are a local-owned, therapist-owned practice built around evidence-based care, strong clinical support, and a healthy work culture. When you join our team, you are supported, valued, and never working alone.

For Licensed Therapists

We pride ourselves on having some of our area’s top mental health providers, several of whom are recognized nationally for their expertise. We have a high percentage of doctoral-level providers as well as providers with niche-area expertise. At
Breakforth, we value therapists with a passion for excellent patient care, the highest ethical standards, and a desire to have a healthy working environment.

We offer optimum flexibility (no required schedule) with excellent income potential. For the right clinicians Breakforth also offers leadership opportunities, including within our Resident training program.

For Pre-Licensed Therapists

At Breakforth we provide training and supervision by doctoral-level supervisors. We also help you learn the craft of private practice. For trainees, Breakforth is a place to hone your craft, for your training and beyond. At Breakforth, your growth as a clinician is intentionally developed, supported, and prioritized.
We are always looking for motivated, curious, and compassionate Residents in Counseling who want to learn the craft of therapy within a high-quality private practice setting – not just log hours.
